We hope you love your Temperley purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer garment tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
